The Dressing. 1.In a bowl, whisk together garlic, oregano, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil until combined.

The Salad. Add the pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water and cook until al-dente, roughly 12-15 minutes, or as label directs. Drain, rinse under cold water, to stop the cooking process and avoid wilting the salad leaves, transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss with dressing and serve.

Get the pasta on first and prep everything else while the pasta is doing. You can use any pasta you like. We love this in the summer for lunch with some nice bread or as a side dish with a BBQ.
