Greek village salad recipe

Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Slice the cucumber in half lengthways then cut in chunks. Core and seed the capsicum peppers, then slice into strips. Separate the onion slices into rings.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl with the Kalamata olives. Slice the feta in to cubes and place on top of salad.

Finally drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of oregano (optional).
