Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4, 180°C, 160°C, fan 350°C.
Mix the oats, walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Add the honey and oil and toss together thoroughly, ensuring everything is well coated.
Place the mixture on a lightly oiled tray and toast in the oven until golden - this should take about 20 minutes. Halfway through, give the tray a shake to ensure the cereal is evenly toasted.
Allow to cool and crumble with your hands.
To serve, quarter some fresh strawberries and place in the bottom of each glass, spoon over Liberté strawberry Greek-style yogurt, and finally sprinkle the granola on top. If you don’t use all the granola, it will keep in an airtight container for a couple of weeks.
