Green beans with flaked almonds HERO

Boil the beans in salted water for 1-2 minutes, until just cooked. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again, then set aside. When you are ready to eat, heat the oil in a pan, add the beans, the almonds and season. Cook on a low heat until warmed through. Serve with seared duck breasts and crispy lemon parmesan potatoes.
