Crisp and fresh greens topped with garlic chips and a light oyster sauce.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan over a low heat. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute, or until the garlic chips are crisp and golden.
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the fresh greens and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well and then transfer to a serving dish. To serve, drizzle over the oyster sauce and scatter with the chilli and the garlic chips.
