Heat a griddle pan to high, rub the Everyday Value lamb steaks with a little olive oil and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.
Remove from the pan, rest for a minute, then slice. Place in a bowl and toss with 2tbsp Everyday Value mint sauce.
Cut the pitta breads in half and open up. Stuff with the Everyday Vaue lettuce, Everyday Value tomato and lamb and eat while hot.
