Guacamole - starter or snack recipe

Place the crushed garlic, chopped chilli and sliced spring onion in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients well then add the cumin and lime juice.
Add the avocado and mash with a fork until smooth and well mixed.

Serve with potato skins, toasted tortillas or pittas - YUM!
Use a ripe avocado - this will taste better and is easier to mash with a fork.
