Prepare the guacamole by mashing together the lime juice, avocado, minced garlic and tabasco sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a serving bowl.

Garnish with the tuna, red pepper and sprinkle the red chilli flakes on top. Serve with the tortilla chips garnished with a lime slice and parsley sprig in a bowl alongside the guacamole.
