Place the haddock fillet into a foil parcel and season with salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes on 180c.
Chop up the vegetables and place in a oven dish along with the crushed garlic and a spray of olive oil. Oven bake for 25 minutes
Slice the cabbage and stirfry until it is cooked to your liking.
Mix passata together with Italian seasoning and gently warm the sauce.
Place vegetables on the plate, top with the haddock and tomato sauce. Crumbly feta cheese over the top.
