I tried this fish as part of a Tesco Orchard programme.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Toss the oil, onion and salt and pepper in a oven proof pan. Bake for 30 minutes
Add the garlic and courgettes, bake for 10 minutes
Add the rice and stock, stir and bake for 15 minutes
Add the asparagus and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile for the last 20 minutes bake the hake with a little oil, slices of lemon and dill on top in another dish. Then add to the risotto when cooked.
