I changed the ingrediants from a basic omelette nice hot or cold good for a snack too

heat oil add onions cook on low heat till soft add the peas and ham cook until heated through. beat the eggs together and stir in most of the cheese and season with pepper pour the eggs into the pan stir to distribute the peas,ham and onions evenly.cook over a low heat for about 15 mins until the base is set but theres still a film of liquid egg on top. heat the grill slide the frittata onto a baking tray top with the rest of the cheese grill for 2-3 mins until golden and the egg is set

I used the vintage mature cheddar with my free voucher from tescos it goes perfect can be served hot or cold
