This ham and cheese bake with a crunchy tomato topping is sure to be a hit with the whole family. It's quick to make too. 

  1. Cook the Goodness pasta according to the packet instructions, drain and then tip into a 20 x 30cm ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
  2. Get your kids helping by mixing together the crème fraîche, half the grated cheese and grainy mustard, the chopped Goodness sliced ham and a splash of water to loosen slightly and then pour over the cooked pasta. Your little helpers can place the sliced tomatoes on top and scatter with the remaining cheese.
  3. Scatter with the Goodness tortilla crumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling hot.
  4. Serve with steamed broccoli florets and baby carrots
