Just the job for munching on when you’re in the mood for a TV snack – you’ll need plenty of napkins though! This recipe is a lovely leftovers idea from our ham, leek and mushroom pie dish. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Place the tortilla chips in a shallow baking dish and scatter over the ham and jalapenos. Spoon on the salsa and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the grated cheese, then return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Dot with the soured cream and scatter on the coriander, if using and serve immediately.
