Just the job for munching on when you’re in the mood for a TV snack – you’ll need plenty of napkins though! This recipe is a lovely leftovers idea from our ham, leek and mushroom pie dish. The leftover meat needs to be thoroughly reheated until piping hot and should never be reheated more than once.

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Place the tortilla chips in a shallow baking dish and scatter over the ham and jalapenos. Spoon on the salsa and bake for 5 mins.
  2. Remove from the oven and add the grated cheese, then return to the oven for another 5 mins, or until the cheese melts. Dot with the soured cream and scatter on the coriander, if using and serve immediately.
