Heat the oven to 220°C, 200°C fan, fan 200ºC, gas 7. Mix the pizza base to a soft dough, according to the packet instructions. Knead in a food mixer or on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes, until smooth. Use more flour to roll out into a 20cm (8in) circle and lift onto an oiled baking sheet. Set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Spread the tomato sauce over the base, add the pepper and courgette, then dot on the olives and scatter with mozzarella. Season, drizzle with the oil, and add the meat.
Bake in the top of the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Scatter the basil over, slice and serve.
