Preheat the grill to medium.
Put the lamb into a non-metallic dish and season.
Mix the harissa and coriander with the olive oil and rub over the lamb.
Thread the lamb onto skewers with the peppers and cherry tomatoes. Grill for 15 minutes turning once and baste with the juices from the cooking.
Serve with pitta bread, a cous cous salad and houmous.
