I used my vouchers from Tesco Orchard Club to purchase fresh fish.
Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan and add the onion garlic and cumin and fry for 10 mins. Then leave to cool.
Stir the harissa and honey and place on top of the salmon fillet along with the onion mixture and place in oven for 30 mins.
Serve with lemon wedges, couscous and vegetables.
