Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Toss the chunks of pineapple with the chilli. Thread the pork, chilli pineapple chunks, streaky bacon folded up concertina-style, tomatoes and peppers alternately onto skewers.
Brush with olive oil and season.
Heat the barbecue until the coals are glowing and there are no flames. Cook the skewers on the grill for about 8 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
