Take 1 small papaya (about 500g/1lb), cut it in half, scoop out and discard the little black seeds, then chop and put in a liquidiser.
Halve 2 passion fruit, scoop out the seeds into a sieve over the liquidiser and press to squeeze through the juice. Add the juice of 4 oranges (about 200ml/¹/³pt) to the liquidiser and whizz until smooth. Serve chilled over ice cubes.
