Peal your bananas and leave them in your freezer for at least 2 hours.
Chop your frozen bananas and add them to your blender. Add the greek yogurt, milk and honey and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
Serve the mixture to 4 ramekins and put them back to your freezer for 1 hour at least.
Enjoy your guilt free ice cream.
