I am a busy working mum. I am overweight and trying to loose weight. Served with carrots makes a really healthy meal.
Mix the cornflour with a little of the milk. Simmer the fish in the rest of the milk, parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaves until cooked. Remove the fish and bay leaves. Return the milk to a simmer, adding half the creme frasiche, whisk in the cornflour mixture, mixing continuously to prevent lumps. Put the thickened mixture into a oven proof dish, add the flaked fish. Quater the eggs and add to the fish. Leave to cool. Boil then mash the potatoes, adding the rest of the creme fraiche. Spread the potato on top of the fish mixture. Scatter the grated cheese. Place in a hot oven for 30 minutes or until the top is browning.
