Healthy option small Parmesan,chia and flax seed pizza base #bioglan recipe

I‘m trying to eat healthily as I‘m breastfeeding my little girl still. Superfood scare all the rage at the moment so I thought I‘d add them to foods to make healthy variants

Mix the flax meal and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Add the egg and stir until a dough is formed. It will be sticky, let it sit for about 5 minutes or so until it’s easier to work with.

Wet your hands with water to help keep the dough from sticking to them and press onto greased baking sheet in shape of a circle. You should get about a 6inch crust out of it

Put to bake in a preheated oven at approx 160 degrees for 6-8 minutes

top with the topping of your choice. The pizza pictured has been topped with tomato purée, 100g of grated mozerella, a chopped link sausage and cooked broken off pieces of broccoli

Place back in the oven for a further 6-8 minutes For the topping to cook
