I had this dish in a Chinese restaurant. I like it so much that I keep making it for friends and family.It is really delicious.
Heat oil in a pan. Sweat garlic and fry mushrooms and tuna together for 5 minutes.
Add in onions and mushroom and fry for further 5 minutes till the tuna is cooked. Stir in soy sauce.
Place a teaspoon of hoisin sauce in each lettuce leaf. Divide the tuna mixture between the lettuce leaves. Roll up the lettuce and enjoy.
