I thought I was eating a healthy yogurt until I looked on the label-17.9 % sugar WOW! So I found this fruit in the frozen section at Tesco and did a little experimenting and hey presto!

Cook fruit in a little water for approx. 5-10 mins. Whilst still hot stir in honey and leave to cool. Add to yogurt or serve as separate fruit on side.

This is fantastic! At the moment there is a drive to reduce sugar intake. This fruit is lovely on porridge too.
