Place each fillet on an individual piece of tin foil and gently slice along the fillets on both the front and back side, without cutting through them.
Sprinkle the mixed herbs onto both sides of the fillets, gently rubbing them into the slices made on the salmon.
Spread approximately 30g of soft cheese on top of each of the salmon fillets.
gently wrap the fillets in the tin foil that they are sitting on.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with boiled baby potatoes, peas and sweetcorn.
