Trim the Sprouts & cut a cross in the bottom.
Heat oil in pan and fry sprouts for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vegetable stock, mustard & salt and pepper. Stir well.
Return to heat and simmer uncovered for another 2-3 minutes. Until sprouts are just tender.
Stir in the honey & serve immediately.
Do not overcook the sprouts! Check every minute if needed.
