Peal and slice the veg in to battons
Blanch the veg in boiling salted water until tender
Shock the veg in ice water to stop them cooking
place in a roasting tin and place them in a pre heated oven 200.C for 25 mins
take the tin out of the oven and add the honey and thyme to the veg mix well and place back in the oven at 140.C For 10 mins
use tin baking tins saves in the washing up
