Halve and pit the avocados and scoop the flesh into a food processor. Add the lemon juice, milk, honey and a pinch of salt. Purée until completely smooth. In a bowl, whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks.
Fold the avocado mixture into the whipped cream until it is totally incorporated. Either put into 1 glass dish, or individual dishes or glasses, then refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with a drizzle of honey and chocolate shavings.
