These marinated beef skewers make a great party snack or starter – and they’re incredibly quick and easy to make.
Soak wooden skewers in a bowl of water for a few hours ahead of time.
Mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly and add the cubes of meat, letting it marinate for at least 2 hours in a fridge, or overnight if possible.
Drain the meat of its juice and thread the cubes on the skewers. Grill for 3–5 minutes and serve immediately.
