Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Line a baking tray with foil and spread all of the nuts over the tray. Drizzle with olive oil and add 2-3 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon ground pepper. Mix the spices, then scatter over the nuts and turn a few times to coat evenly.Sprinkle the brown sugar over the nuts and drizzle over the honey. Mix again and spread evenly over the tray.Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool before serving.
