This makes a great accompaniment to roast meat... Chop the ends off the parsnips. Leave the skins on. Cut them into sticks. Place the sticks in tin foil, cover with honey and seal the foil so that it makes a parcel around the parsnips. Place the parsnips below the meat you are cooking for an hour.
