Honey roasted carrots and parsnips recipe

Pre heat the oven to 180

Peel and chop lengthways carrots and parsnips

Put honey marmalade and oil in to a bowl and warm in the microwave until honey has completely melted

Put carrots and parsnips in a roasting tray, pour over honey marmalade and oil mix making sure each piece of veg is coated

Cook for 30 mins in the middle of the oven

Goes great as a side to any roast
