I made this as part of Christmas Lunch using the seasonal produce offered by Orchard.
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6
Quarter the parsnips lengthways, then chop into 5cm wedges.
Melt the butter in the frying pan then once it starts to bubble sauté the parsnips until they take on a little colour. (1-2 mins tops)
Tip the Parsnips onto a baking tray, drizzle over the honey and cook for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle over the brown sugar and turn the oven up high for the final 5 mins.
