Prepare all your veg, cut it into reasonable chunks.
The onion, garlic and chillies can go straight into the wok.
Throw sausages into wok and cook them with the onions, chilli and garlic until semi browned. If you need some oil then lightly spray into wok so the veg doesn't burn.
Remove the sausages (best to remove wok from heat for the moment) and cut up into slices about an inch long.
Coat the slices with the paprika and chilli powder and really rub it in (you should probably wash hands after doing this)
Bring the wok back to heat and add the veg in and cook as would be normal for wok cooking veg. Again add oil as needed.
After 5-10 minutes (until veg is mostly cooked) Throw the sausage pieces back into wok and work into the veg.
After a few minutes of letting the powders cook into the sausage pieces, add your water and thoroughly mix everything together.
Once bubbling away for a few more minutes, you can either allow the watery mixture to simmer down into a sauce or cheat and add a few gravy granules to thicken quicker
Serve with rice and you're done
you can choose whatever veg you like - I go with anything I happen to have with baby corn, carrots, parsnips, sweet potato, mange tout, just use what you like.
