i had the opportunity to try some fish for free thanks to being part of the orchard programme so whilst browsing the fish counter and fresh fish aisle i saw the hot smoked salmon and thought it would be great for a really quick healthy dinner after work.
pre heat oven to 180c and lightly oil a baking tray.
place salmon on oven tray and cover loosely with foil and cook for 20 minutes
whilst fish is cooking,prepare the veg and steam the cauliflower,carrots and asparagus for 8-10 minutes according to taste
add the spinach and peas to the steamer in the last 3 minutes
microwave the Uncle Bens Express Quinoa Tomato And Basil for 2 minutes
serve when fish is cooked
if you are tight on time,cant be bothered to prepare veg you can get some great frozen steam fresh bags of veg
