Preheat the grill to hot.
Grill or BBQ the sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned all over and cooked through. Meanwhile, combine the cherry tomato, spring onion, olive oil and seasoning in a mixing bowl. Remove the sausages when cooked and place in the hot dog rolls.
Spoon the tomato mixture on top and serve.
