Peel the spring onions, wash and halve. Wash the cucumber and cut into chunky sticks. Wash and slice the tomato and roughly chop the iceberg.
Arrange on a serving plate along with the salami and houmous to taste.
Heat the pitta breads, either in the microwave for 1 minute or in a toaster, and add to the plate.
Eat in buffet style.
