This simple smoothie is packed full of fruit and milk, making it tasty and healthy too.

  1. Remove the stick from the Goodness rainbow lolly and then place into a blender with the other ingredients and a handful of ice and blend until smooth. Add more milk as necessary to make the thickness of smoothie you like.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses/cups and serve with a straw.

  • 2 x 90g (3 1/4oz) Goodness apricot fromage frais
  • 1 large ripe mango or 380g (12 3/4oz), peeled, stone removed, chopped
  • squeeze lime juice, to taste
  • 2 x Goodness rainbow lollies, stick removed
  • 200ml (1/3 pint) semi-skimmed milk
  • large handful ice
