Indian pork kebabs, with tomato and onion salad recipe

In a bowl mix together 150g Everyday Value low fat natural yogurt and 3tbsp Pataks Madrass Curry Paste. Cut 4 steaks from 1 x 660g pack Pork Loin Steaks in half lengthways and add to the marinade. Put in the fridge and leave to marinate for 20 mins.

Meanwhile cook 250g Everyday Value long grain rice as instructed on the pack. Peel and finely slice 1 red onion and stir together with 2 tomatoes cut into small dice.

Heat a grill to high and thread each strip of pork, coated in the marinade, onto a skewer. Place skewers on a foil lined baking sheet and grill for 3 minutes on each side until cooked though. Serve the pork on the rice, with tomato and onion salad on the side.
