A juicy Italian-style beef burger that's bursting full of aromatic herbs and ideal for a summer barbecue. This delicious burger features an Italian mayonnaise with olives and fresh basil.

Place all the burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Divide into 4 balls and flatten with the palm of your hand. Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, olives and basil. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Serve the burgers in toasted ciabatta rolls with a spoonful of Italian mayo and garnish with rocket leaves.
