my friend made this for me and i loved it, it‘s perfect for a mid week family dinner as it‘s so quick and easy to do and not too spicy for young children, my four year old daughter enjoyed tasting mine, repeatedly!
*heat a little oil of your choice in a pan, i used no6 on my induction hob but common sense should tell you if its too high or low on your hob
*fry up a chopped onion and 4 small cloves or 2 big cloves of crushed garlic till soft
*add any colour pepper, i used red and yellow, chopped into 50p sized pieces
*chuck in a pack of skinless and boneless chicken thighs, cut into bitesize pieces and brown
*add a whole carton of jammin jamaican soup and simmer till “sauce“ has thickened, making sure you stir it regularly to prevent it sticking to the bottom of the pan
*10 minutes before taking it off the hob, add some previously boiled new potatoes cut into halves and heat through
*serve with rice of your choice
*enjoy.....we did :0)
