Jeff doesn't cook but he finds this easy to do :-)
Start by cooking the savory rice according to the packet. Five minutes before the end of this add the drained tin of peas. Poach the eggs for this five minutes too. Warm a plate, attractively arrange the rice and microwave the fish fillet, covered by cling film for 90 seconds. Top the rice with this and your eggs and enjoy.
Really easy to do, if Jeff can do it, YOU can!!!!!
