Place king prawns in a bowl add jerk seasoning and rub into prawns.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add king prawns. Cook for 3 minutess or until pink, remove and leave to cool.
Peel and chop the potatoes and boil until tender then mash and set aside. Chop the king prawns into 3-4 pieces and add to mashed pototoes and mix. Shape into small balls then flatten into cakes.
Place breadcrumbs into a bowl. Dip the shaped cakes into beaten egg then the breadcrumbs to completely cover.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan add fishcakes and brown for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
