(h)popping chocolate orange bits Great British Chef TESCO

Popping candy and Rice Krispies make these little sweet treats super fun!

Line a large baking tray with nonstick baking paper.

Place the dark chocolate into a bowl and set over a pan of boiling water, stirring until completely melted. Alternatively, pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir in the crème fraîche, the zest from two of the oranges and the Rice Krispies – the kids will love hearing the snap, crackle and pop! Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Once cooled gently stir in the popping candy. Pour onto the lined tray.

Using the back of a large spoon, spread the mixture evenly across the tray. While the mix is still soft, sprinkle with the grated white chocolate and the zest of the third orange.

Place the baking tray in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into bite-size squares.
