These meaty kebabs on a barbecue were made for your next barbecue party and for summer. These kebabs are marinated in garlic, soy and honey and slowly grilled on the barbie to release its delicious flavours.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for at least two hours. Arrange alternate steak and vegetable layers on metal skewers. Place on a barbecue and cook for 15 minutes, brushing with marinade oil if required.
