This delicious, warming chicken noodle soup will really satisfy your taste buds, plus it’s great with crunchy warm bread and a little butter.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add in the garlic and carrot over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes without browning. Dissolve the the Knorr Chicken Stock into 1 litre (1 3/4 pints) of hot water and pour into the pan. Add the chicken and ginger. After bringing it to the boil, cover your saucepan and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Remove the chicken and place it on a board. Cut it into shreds and return it to the pan with the noodles and soy sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
