Sift flour into bowl, make well in centre.
Break eggs into the well and gradually combine into the flour
Pour in the milk and water gradually and whisk until you get a thin cream consistency.
Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the mixture and whisk thoroughly
Cook pancakes in a hot pan with a tiny bit of melted butter in the pan before each one.
Serve with lashings of golden syrup!
don't have the pan swimming in butter, only a tiny bit is needed. don't make them too thick, thin and lacy is best.
