Lamb burgers recipe

Mix together the minced lamb, breadcrumbs, coriander, egg and shallots and shape into burgers.Leave in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.


Grill the burgers under a hot grill or on a barbeque until golden.


Spread mayonnaise onto the ciabatta rolls, sprinkle with a few rockets leaves and top with the burger.
