For the koftas, put the mince, garlic, salt, garam masala, chilli powder, onion, coriander and chillies into a bowl and mix well together with your hands. Once combined well, roll into small balls and place on cooking tray in the oven to cook.
For the raita dip. Place the yogurt, mint sauce, red onion and cucumber into a bowl.
When koftas cooked place on a bed of rocket, with rice and raita dip as a side.
