Firstly check fridge and your cupboards for leftovers
Bake the potato until soft
Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving the skin intact
Lightly mash the potato flesh with a tablespoon of milk, grating the cheese and chopping up the scraps into small pieces. season with tablespoon of garlic granules, salt and pepper
Mix together and pile into the skins
Bake in the oven until hot through and golden on top
Delicious served with a salad!!
