Heat the oven to 180C fan/gas mark 6. Put a big pan of water on to boil for the pasta.
Get 2 large pieces of tin foil and divide the pepper between the 2 pieces. Shake a little olive oil over the pepper pieces and place the salmon filets skin down on the pepper.
Shake the lemon and pepper sprinkle evenly over the salmon. Wrap the tin foil loosely around the salmon and place both parcels on a baking sheet.
Roast the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Whilst the salmon is roasting cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Drain the pasta, return to the pan and stir the herb pasta and pistou pasta through the pasta thoroughly.
Time to serve!
Unwrap the salmon parcels and stir the cooked peppers through the pasta. Stir at medium heat for 1 minute to make sure the pasta mixture is hot.
